An absolutely beautiful house, even better than the listing suggests. Really well kitted out, everything you could need in the kitchen, lots of toys and books for the children and a very well stocked shed for the beach including loads of folding beach chairs.
Close to the beach, and an easy walk into Ramsgate town in one direction and Broadstairs in the other. Would definitely return.

The perfect getaway for a family of 6 adults, 3 children and Barney the dog. The house was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos, and with some nice extra touches like quality bed linen.
We now just need to decide when to return.

A wonderful stay in a lovely home a stone's throw from the beach. Perfect relaxation for our golf group playing 3 times in the local area over a sweltering long weekend.

The house was beautifully set up and very clean - Sheila was a very communicative host and made sure we had all of the information we needed. There was plenty of space for our group, and the house / garden are great for socialising. In a few minutes you can walk right down to the beach which was lovely.

We just returned from Winterstoke View after celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with all our family and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The house was fantastic with everything we needed for a long weekend and the location is great with views of the sea and minutes from the beach. I would definitely recommend it for family get togethers

Great base for a family or friends breakLovely large Edwardian villa with all mod cons but still retaining a nice seaside holiday feel. A true home away from home. Great for all generations. Very clean and nice garden to sit or play in. Host is very kind and helpful. We have stayed twice now and will very likely stay again. Good base for seeing lots in Thanet and surrounding areas.

Beautiful house!I booked this house for myself and my bridal party to get ready in. The house did not disappoint, the photo opportunities were amazing and everyone had a great stay. My husband and I then stayed in the house the night of our wedding and it was perfect! Sheila was so accommodating and made our stay as easy and relaxing as possible. Thank you so much! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Winterstoke View in Ramsgate, and I cannot express how delightful our experience was! This family-friendly rental house is a true gem, offering a combination of a beachside location and easy access to a beautiful park. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
First and foremost, the location is simply unbeatable. The house is just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the mesmerizing coastal views and take leisurely walks on the sand whenever we pleased. The convenience of having the park nearby was a bonus, especially for our little ones who enjoyed playing on the swings, slides, and green open spaces. The proximity to both the beach and park made it incredibly easy to keep the entire family entertained throughout our stay.
As for the house itself, it was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Every room exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, creating a comfortable home-away-from-home feeling. The spacious living area provided ample room for our family to relax and unwind together, while the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease. It was clear that the owners had put a lot of thought into the design and furnishings, as everything was of the highest quality and perfectly suited for a family vacation.
The bedrooms were cozy and provided us with a restful night's sleep. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail in terms of comfort, with comfortable mattresses, crisp linens, and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay

Garden was great for the kids, super close to a great beach and plenty to do in the area.

I came to Ramsgate from California. I was born in Kent and wanted my family to experience the area. What i was not prepared for was the home to be so lovely and the host to be the best i have ever had. I use VRBO extensively and this had to be the best I have ever had. The rioms are well appointed with spectacular views from the bedroom windows. Although we did not use it due to weather there is a large lovely outdoor living area. In addition, the kitchen (newly refit) and seating areas lent plenty of space for us to gather in the evenings and trade stories. I know you may think i am gushing but franky this house and this host deserve it all

Lovely BIG house, great for a large group and perfect for us.
Had everything to accommodate kids and infants and a large enclosed garden for entertaining.
Under 5 mins walk to the beach and a path all the way to Ramsgate that kids can scooter/ride bikes on (20min walk). 35min walk to Broadstairs, the dog was spoilt for choice walks!
Sheila was amazing, great comminication and between her and Lenka went over and above what we expected.
The best airbnb and best hosts I have encountered, highly recommend.

What a wonderful property with everything you’d ever need! Beautiful views and great walks nearby into Ramsgate and Broadstairs. The house was really well equipped and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay! Hope be back in the summer with the rest of the family! Highly recommend 😀

The stay was for our knitting group's annual weekend away and the house suited us perfectly.
Liked · The property was well furnished and well stocked with everything that we needed in the kitchen. There was also plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. The rooms were a great size and everywhere was lovely and clean and tidy. Sheila very helpfully accommodated our requests for an earlier check in and check out time.

A lovely house in immaculate condition, with more than enough space for our three-generation group of 4 adults and 4 kids aged 3-11.
The location is great - a very quiet road leading straight to the seafront, with easy access to the beach. And a lovely garden with an excellent outdoor seating and eating area and a safe area for small children to play in. Recommended!

Wonderful house - great stay for 2 familiesA truly great house that accommodates 2 families very well. 1 minute to the beach. We were blessed with great weather for the weekend we booked so maximised the use of the fantastic entertaining area in the garden. The house is stylish decorated and has plenty of parking as well. Would love to go back.

Great Beachside Location!!
The location of the house was excellent! It was near the beach and park & extremely close to other seaside resorts. To have a sea view from the house only added to it's appeal. The house was fully equipped for a stay with a large number of people & everything we needed was provided AND MORE! The host, Sheila, was excellent, she went above and beyond the expectations of one providing accommodation and facilities. As a host, she was also accommodating for the additional requests made. This is one location we have no hesitation in recommending & would love to stay there again!! Great 'staycation'!!!

Lovely weekend
We had a lovely weekend in this newly renovated home, well-stocked with lots of personal touches & amenties for all the family. A great garden for the kids to play or BBQ, located in a quiet neighborhood, 2 min walk to the beach and an easy walk into the town centre. The owner was very helpful & responsive and we would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
